Surprise – a letter. I won’t be able to get home this weekend due to the alert but have wrangled an ok to go as far as Wellesley so have written Bev and if I don’t hear from her by Friday – will go in Sat morn – with tool box in tow.

Checked on the house tonite – they are doing the finish woodwork – about 3 days to go then the floor goes down. The 20th still looks good. All doors are up and they are working in the kitchen now – cabinets and sink, etc.

Tell Marie the pie was delicious – will bring the plate back when I come. Many thanks.

The weather has been cool for 2 days now, almost like Colorado – we’ve even been able to sleep.

Nothing much to report – still learning the job and counting the days to the 20th.

Miss you all real much but will see you next weekend for sure. Will write more when I see Bev and Jack. Am taking a model for Gregg.
