Hello dear ones:

My your X-mas letter was like a breath of fresh air. You sound SO happy and the home and children are all fine. I’m SO glad! And I hope you don’t have to move again too! We are surely seeing a lot of Europe! Loved Portugal – went to the island of Madeira for Xmas. The south of Spain is sunny and beautiful – we did not care for the north. The Highlands of Scotland were lovely and England just so full of beauty. We will be back in the good old USA next summer and I look forward to it. A year is a long time to be away from home. We miss the children and their lives. It was just SO good to hear from you.
