To your comment on "Master" - I will never forget the British sales staffer from the builder in Lake Arrowhead when Gma and Gpa were first planning to build the cabin. He had introduced me to someone else in their office as "Master James". Certainly left an impression on me. I guess that was more common back before electricity! I thought he was smoking something.
